Terms of Service

Terms for using TravelDrop marketplace accounts, offers, payments, service fees, delivery, and disputes.

Marketplace Service

TravelDrop connects senders with travelers for peer-to-peer delivery arrangements. Users are responsible for providing accurate listing, trip, identity, and delivery information.

Offers become payable only after both sides agree to the transaction terms shown in the app.

Payments and Service Fees

Payments are one-time marketplace transaction payments processed securely by Stripe.

TravelDrop may collect a platform service fee from each transaction. The provider payment is the agreed transaction amount minus the platform service fee and any applicable adjustments.

TravelDrop operates marketplace software and support workflows. Stripe processes the transaction, routes the provider portion through Stripe Connect where available, and TravelDrop may assist with refunds, disputes, and compliance reviews under these terms.

Refunds and Disputes

If a delivery problem occurs, users should open a dispute from the transaction page and provide relevant evidence.

TravelDrop may request additional evidence, issue or request a refund when supported by Stripe, or restrict marketplace access based on transaction status, user evidence, Stripe payment status, and applicable rules.
